- Do I own the books I buy?
- Yes. A purchased title stays in your library permanently — read it online any time, and download it if the title offers a download format.
- What is the difference between buying and a pass?
- Buying a title is a one-time payment and it is yours forever. A pass unlocks every pass-included title in the store for a fixed period, then simply expires.
- Does a pass renew automatically?
- Never. Passes are one-time payments with a fixed end date. If you want more time, you buy another pass.
- Can I download everything?
- Download-enabled titles give you a personal file after purchase. Some titles are online-reading only, and every product page states which formats it offers.
- What formats do downloads come in?
- PDF and ePub for books; the original file type for template and resource packs.
- Can I get a refund?
- Yes — if a purchase is not what you expected, contact support within 14 days and we will refund it, provided the title has not been fully read or downloaded repeatedly.
