Refund Policy

Passes are one-time digital purchases — here is exactly when we refund them.

Effective August 27, 2026 — Last updated August 27, 2026

This Refund Policy applies to everything sold through PremiumAccess: reading passes and — once they are enabled — individual eBook purchases.

1. What You're Buying

  • Reading passes — time-limited access to the whole book library (7 days $14.99, 30 days $19.99, 365 days $99.99). One-time payments, no auto-renewal.
  • Individual eBooks — not currently available. When enabled, a purchase is a personal reading licence for that title.

2. Our 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not happy, ask for a refund within 7 days of the charge and we will refund it in full. You do not need to give a reason.

To claim, email us within 7 days of the payment date. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Once refunded, the related access ends immediately.

3. Limits on the Guarantee

The guarantee is offered in good faith, so it does not apply where:

  • You have already claimed a refund on the same pass before, or you show a repeated pattern of buying and refunding.
  • Your account has been terminated for breaching our Terms and Conditions — for example credential sharing, scraping, or redistributing content.
  • The purchase was made more than 7 days ago (see Section 4 for what is still refundable).

4. Refunds Outside the 7-Day Window

Regardless of the guarantee window, we will always correct genuine errors:

  • Duplicate charges — charged more than once for the same thing.
  • Billing errors — charged an incorrect amount because of a technical fault on our side.
  • Non-delivery — payment completed but access never worked and support could not resolve it.
  • Extended verified outage — if the Service is unavailable for a significant continuous period during your active window because of a fault on our side, we will extend your access or issue a prorated refund at our discretion.

5. Free 7-Day Activations

Complimentary 7-day reading-pass activations are provided at no charge and involve no payment ($0 payment log). They are therefore not refundable, and they may be limited to one per pass type, or discontinued at any time.

6. Expired Access

Passes expire automatically at the end of their stated period and are not renewed, extended, or refunded for unused time. Continued access requires a new purchase.

7. How to Request a Refund

Email support@premiumaccess.cloud from your account address with:

  • The date and amount of the charge
  • What you purchased (pass or title)
  • Anything you would like us to know

We respond to refund requests within 3–5 business days. Once approved, your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the credit.

8. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits refund or withdrawal rights granted to you by mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction. Where those rights are stronger than this policy, they take precedence.
